This item ships LTL and in crate and box for the faucet items. There is a liftgate service option available for an additional $200. This service is provided by freight companies that allows the cargo to be lowered from the truck to ground level by a mechanized platform. When the driver lowers the crate to ground level you must arrange to have the tub brought into your home. If you do not add the liftgate service option to your cart, you will also need to arrange for the tub to be lowered from the truck at the time of delivery.
