The flat rim is only flat for an approximate 12" space where drillings will be. The interior bottom features anti-skid etchings in the porcelain. The ball and claw feet are available in painted white, coated polished brass (will not tarnish), uncoated polished brass (will tarnish over time), polished chrome, polished nickel or brushed nickel finishes. Sunrise Specialty body fills and sands the exteriors of their clawfoot bathtubs to create a smooth exterior surface.
