If you would like us to deliver the gift certificate directly to the recipient, please include their full name and address in the "Ship To" field on the order form. Otherwise, we'll send it to you and allow you to fill in the recipient name field. Any special instructions can be noted in the "Comments" section of the order form. Certificates can be redeemed via phone only. Gift certificates are redeemable for merchandise only; no cash refunds. Gift certificates will expire after five years from the date on certificate. VTB Inc. reserves the right to charge a service fee in the amount of any unused portion of the certificate upon expiration.
