Vitreous China has a remarkably hard and smooth, glossy finish, or glaze, that protects the surface of the China. This patented process results in a clean, sanitary product that maintains its polished shine even after 80,000 scrub cycles. This toilet features a Comfort Height elongated bowl where the height of the toilet bowl (with seat) stands at the same height as a standard chair for maximum comfort and ease when sitting down or standing up. The one-piece construction offers a toilet in which the tank and bowl are manufactured as a single vitreous china fixture. This toilet also features a Quiet-Close toilet seat that prevents slamming by slowly bringing the seat to a gentle close. An innovative tankless Power Lite technology provides exceptional flushing performance. This toilet has a 12in through-the-floor or through-the-wall rough-in. The rough-in dimensions detail the distance from a finished wall or floor to the center of the waste or supply opening or mounting holes on a plumbing fixture.
