| The Mezzo (or Metso as it's pronounced) is a self-rimming sink, manufactured from high grade, 18 gauge stainless steel. The Mezzo has been designed to provide an effective food preparation area as well as providing large, deep bowls. As with the Mezzo's big brother, the Professional Benchtop, the Mezzo includes a number of custom accessories - an attractive toughened counter top saver, heavy duty stainless steel sink grid and a stainless steel strainer bowl for the 1 1/2 bowl option.
