This cutting edge unit has a fully automatic fan forced frost-free cooling system and includes an adjustable thermostat, adjustable shelves, fan forced air circulation and U.L. approved for built-in use. Models are U.L. and U.L.-S approved (meet NSF Standard 7 for foodservice use). Base black models have reversible doors SUMMIT SCFF55 utilizes a commercial, made in USA, cooling system for reliability (see options). |
