Room: I had a corner room which was very large, had a faux fireplace, floor to ceiling windows, fabulous well equipped and stocked bathroom and one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept in in a while! The room was exceptionally clean.
Rooms are also very quiet. Location- fabulous for seeing Montreal, business meetings and choice of restaurants. Cabs are at hand across the street and they have valet parking. Security is very good at hotel -access to floors is limited to your floor only - don't take the stairs, you'll have to go all the way down to get out.

Very chic and modern hotel. Never heard hallway noise and doors seem very thick but we we awoken one night by very loud "adult acrobatics" next door.
They were probably excessively loud and less the fault of the build quality of the hotel but it was very disturbing.

Location is the best of all hotels I've stayed in Montreal and that alone is a good reason to return. As a previous reviewer has pointed out, front desk was not the most pleasant to deal with - just indifferent and lacking proper training. Bell captains were excellent though. Overall it was a nice experience and I would return.
We are very happy you enjoyed the overall experience, and especially our central location on De Maisonneuve Street. Being right in the middle of everything business center, shopping, restaurants and nightlife certainly adds value to Le St-Martin. Nonetheless, I am sorry to hear you found our Front Desk service below the standards of all the other touchpoints of the hotel.
Rest assured being a new luxury hotel, this is something we are always trying to improve.
